Wizcamp's services are intended for children, but registration and consent must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a child in our programs, you confirm that you are authorized to provide consent on their behalf.

• You are responsible for your child's participation and conduct during Wizcamp programs
• You consent to the collection and use of your child's personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
• All communications, payments, and agreements are between Wizcamp and the parent or guardian

To participate in Wizcamp programs, a parent or legal guardian must register on behalf of their child and provide accurate personal information. Based on this information, Wizcamp may create accounts for campers on third-party platforms such as Circle and GitHub.

• Safeguard login credentials and manage account access
• Ensure appropriate use in accordance with our Code of Conduct
• Review and agree to third-party platforms' terms and policies

All participants must maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

• Be respectful to instructors and peers
• Keep language appropriate and professional
• Follow all program guidelines
• Participate constructively

Payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in Wizcamp's programs. All payments are processed securely via Square.

• Wizcamp does not store or access your full payment details
• Refunds available for cancellations made 3+ business days before program start
• Refunds process through Square in 5-10 business days
• All fees are non-transferable unless expressly permitted
• Program cancellations by Wizcamp receive full refunds

All course materials, content, and curriculum are the intellectual property of Wizcamp. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

Wizcamp uses Square, Inc. as our secure third-party payment processor. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to Square's Payment Terms and Privacy Notice.

• Payment issues go to Square support

Wizcamp uses Circle as our community and learning management platform. By participating, you agree to Circle's Terms and Privacy Policy.

• Circle hosts community discussions and course content
• Accounts created on behalf of campers using parent information
• You're responsible for account setup and security
• Circle collects usage data per its privacy policy

Wizcamp uses GitHub for code repositories, collaborative coding, and project submissions. By using GitHub, you agree to its Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

• GitHub hosts code, manages projects, and enables collaboration
• Accounts created on behalf of campers using parent information
• You're responsible for account setup and security
• GitHub collects usage data per its privacy policy

Wizcamp uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve our content and user experience.
